After having done research throughout the web, the two printer that stood out that have a simple prusa style motion is the mendelmax 3 and lulzbot taz 6. Both are incredibly well reviewed and reliable printers. Both printers are different in certain ways. On the lulzbot taz 6 the way that you detach the y-axis for transporting is very cool. A combination of the best parts of these printers would make a very good printer.
