My first iteration of the core xy is complete. I am going test it, see any real world problems and then go from there. Like i said from the previous post, i am concentrating on the xy stage first. I want a really good platform for the movement of the hot-end. A few extras i forgot to add to the model is the positioning of the end stops. Literally just realized i forgot about them while writing this post! Damn! Not much work to it though. Once i get it working in the real world i will post a video of it. I am really curious how it will perform against other forms of printers in terms of accuracy, precision and maintenance. I am off to add some endstops and print this thing out. Hopefully no other problems arise! Till next time
